The engineering and design team is led by Mr. Hasan Nebil Ergun, an architect and engineer by training who revealed his passion and know-how for classic yacht building in early 2000 and combined modern methodology, material sophistication with traditional craftsmanship present in the region since the early 18th century and transferred from father to son.
East Yachting Naval Architecture and Design masters traditional methods of yacht building and values craftsmanship and passion for hand-built classic boats. The Company has an extensive expertise in classic yacht construction bringing innovative solutions to build classic yachts resisting against the harsh sea and corrosion conditions for at least a century in conformity with the severe safety requirements set to acquire Bureau Veritas Maltese Cross Certification.
The Company brings together engineering precision with historical craftsmanship while providing apprenticeship to the next generation of boat builders getting scarce in the region.
